Look, we're not gonna promise you'll find enlightenment in our spa (though a few guests swear they did). What we can tell you is that our therapists are seriously good at what they do. They've trained all over the world and somehow ended up here with us.
The treatment menu's got your classics - Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone - plus some signature treatments we've developed ourselves. There's also a sauna, steam room, and this incredible hydrotherapy circuit that honestly feels like cheating when you've got jet lag.
Our chef's kinda obsessed with local ingredients - like, she's on a first-name basis with half the farmers in the Fraser Valley. Every morning she's checking what's fresh and tweaking the menu accordingly. It drives the printing costs up, but you'll taste why it's worth it.
The dining room itself has this old-world charm meets modern vibe going on. Original crown molding, contemporary art, and lighting that actually makes everyone look good (we tested this extensively). Whether you're here for a power breakfast or a romantic dinner, it just works.

Downtown Vancouver parking's a nightmare - we all know it. Our valet service means you can skip the whole circling-for-20-minutes thing. Pull up, hand over the keys, and we'll take care of it. Security cameras everywhere, covered parking, and the guys actually remember where they put your car (revolutionary, we know).
You know what makes a stay memorable? It's usually not the big stuff - it's the details that someone actually thought about.
We upgraded our entire system last year. Stream, video call, upload - it'll handle it. Password's the same in every room so you don't have to keep reconnecting.
Sometimes you just want to eat in your pajamas at 2 AM. We get it. There's always someone in the kitchen ready to make it happen.
We partnered with a local aromatherapy company for our bath amenities. Guests kept asking where to buy them, so now we sell them in the gift shop too.
Printers, scanners, computers, private workstations - it's all there when you need it. The printer even works reliably, which is apparently rare.
